POSITION TITLE : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
JOB GRADE : SENIOR EXECUTIVE (UE3)

Responsibilities

• Assist Group HOD to maintain and manage proper inventory control at established levels
• Assist Group HOD in ensuring continuity of supply by selecting the most reliable source and develop/maintain professional vendor relationships in order to ensure a continued supply of critical spare parts for CIMA Group of Companies
• Assist Group HOD on developing and maintain an efficient control system of records, communication and correspondence for Department
• Assist Group HOD to participate in a support cost reduction and product improvement programs
• Assist Group HOD to ensure all specification of the spare parts followed
• Assist Goup HOD to identify staff/s strength, weakness and potential successor at Department
• Assist Group HOD to analyze the Group of Inventory Management spare parts for value creation project and provide information to Prourement Section in reduce holding cost
• Assist Group HOD to undertake an additional task or responsibilities as directed independently and effectively

Requirement

• Degree in Warehouse/Logistic/Transportation or related course
• Possess at least 5 years of working experience in related field
• Preferably competent in AutoCAD, Ms-Office, Statistics and English
