Also known as Penang Second Bridge, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge is a key catalyst of the Northern Corridor Economic Region of Malaysia. Total length of the bridge is 24 km with length over water at 16.9 km. The second longest bridge in Southeast Asia. Officially opened on 1 March 2014.
