Through our LinkedIn Learning that was launched on 15 January 2020, our employees can easily access the module and have the opportunity to learn on the go, anywhere, anytime. It also allows CIMA to cater to targeted learning needs for skill development throughout the organization.

Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ).
PROTÉGÉ is an entrepreneurial training and marketplace training program to develop and guide youths in collaboration with industry experts in the effort to create more competitive and ready job marketers as well as skilled job seekers to meet current industry needs.
We have several fresh graduates from polytechnics and universities as well as trainees under the PROTÉGÉ Programme, who are being placed in various roles and divisions across CIMA. We welcome talents of diverse backgrounds and cultures to join our team and grow with us.

Technical Executive Diploma
To increase the technical skills of our workforce, CIMA has partnered with the Ministry of Education Politeknik Nilai, Negeri Sembilan to offer a specially designed Technical Executive Diploma Course (PROSKILL).
The 3-month diploma programme of which the classes are being held every weekend, will allow our employees at Bahau Plant to learn more about technical modules in line with CIMA’s technical and operational requirements.
A similar partnership with the Perlis State Education Department and Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin, Perlis, is currently being discussed for our employees at Bukit Ketri Plant.
Cement Manufacturing Learning Program (CMLP)
CMLP is created to establish a structured technical training program covering Foundation, Intermediate and Advance levels. Each module is crafted to suit the learning development needs that match our organizational goals.
Provide broad and concise understanding of cement manufacturing process and other critical components of a cement plant.
Provide a clear understanding based on specific area or job requirement.
This level will entitle participant to a Professional Certificate based on moduls provided.
